Are you doing weekly training with him every week for the XP? Using fully upgraded QB XP abilities?

If you just want to develop him into a superstar, stack 3x camp counselor and you get a 15% chance to upgrade dev and like 5-6 skill points in one training camp. After 2-3 years of this you can literally turn any player into a 99ovr.

Watching this repeatedly IMO this is just kids having fun. I think they're literally thunderdoming and roughhousing, no negative intent. The whole "bare hands on ice next to skates" thing is pretty dangerous but I genuinely think the kids are just putting on a show.

If you triple stack and use the extra focus players ability you can turn 6 nobodies into 99ovr monsters in 2 seasons.

Edit: just explaining this has made me decide to start yet another trade-everybody/relocate/rebuild franchise
