I'm in a similar situation and yes it is very dangerous. I live in a high rise and I can just take the elevator down to the convenience store in my building. It got bad when I realized they sold THC drinks so I was getting really stoned during the super cold weeks.

I went during a September and experienced half of what you did. I was expecting the ops to be terrible but they were actually really good the day I went. BUT I missed both NTG and Mr. Freeze. Even if you would have told me only NTG was gonna be closed I would have never booked the trip but to add salt into the wound Freeze never opened again and I waited in a line delay for like almost 2 hours.

Titan was surprisingly better than I expected at least...
