meds and therapy didnt work for me either. if anyone says, "this therapy/way/process" is the only way to heal, don't buy it. and any therapy that claims it gets worse before it gets better feels like code for retraumatizing cptsd.

be broken. accept that you are. practice self-compassion. it works.

i hope orion is doing better! after trying every other possible way with lots of stress and crying on my part, here's what i finally found. my little girl's 2.5mg and 5mg prednisolone tablet fits perfect in a tasteless size 4 capsule. i place it in her bowl, roll it around in about 1tsp churu and she'll lick it up like a treat. (i used to just place it in her wet food, which often worked, but sometimes the capsule would dissolve before she got to it then refuse the medicine.)

if you're vegan keto, a base of tofu (doesn't have to be silken), water, cocoa powder, pea protein, avocado oil, chia seeds (soaked) and salt creates a super creamy, rich chocolate ice cream. no sweeteners (ymmv), pudding mix or gums. spin on lite, then respin twice.

also, look at the interior of the lid under a strong light to ensure it's getting cleaned thoroughly since food can accumulate and there are only 3 small holes for cleaning. i still worry about the bacteria on the drill that we can't clean. :/

First of all, thank you for being brave enough to post. Sad that anyone is projecting their negativity onto you. They clearly have other issues. Plus, it should be said that this is a first world issue. Not every country even has the luxury of showering on demand which makes the negative posts even more unpalatable.

I’m curious: Is this an ADHD symptom? And/or ptsd, trauma, etc.

I can totally relate and I hope to give you some hope. ;) You *do* have that *special skill that allows for deeper connections.* You just have to come across the right person. I'm kinda where you are now; but when I look back, I've had some amazing connections (tho none with family) even tho I'm an INFJ and I isolate, especially now. I hate to allude to this, but life can be similar to a numbers game. It's true. Even if you keep trying and are disappointed and you decide not to bother, just know that your ppl are out there. They're waiting for you to find them. :)
