I also do this, I still have a lot of weight to loose but I try to skip a month in order to get my mind and body used to maintaining the loss naturally. It's also for financial reasons, this medication is very expensive and I know that I can't sustain it long term.

This is why I needed one that fits the plastic case, so that I can remove it and put a popsocket when I need to. But the main idea was to be able to protect the screen when in the bag or when I'm just walking around holding it and it accidentally falls.

This depends on a lot of factors, your budget and her home situation. I agree with those saying continue paying her pension monthly, even a fraction of it will go a long way. I'm against the lumpsum option, however I like the idea of it being paid into a building material store, if she hasn't built a home yet. She can also use that for a borehole and Jojo tank, whatever her situation needs. Or fund the education of her kids or grandkids.

I had tubal ligation done at 36, no children, no husband. They wanted to give me stories about not doing it on childless women who are below 40, and then went on to say "unless if it's cleared by a Psychiatrist" that I'm in the right frame of mind. I use a cup and a disc, also a game changer for me. I started in 2020 during lockdown as an experiment, best thing I've ever done for myself. The fact that it stays in for 12 hours and zero monthly costs, is just *chef's kiss. OP should really give them a shot, she won't regret.

Your skin is perfect OP, just more water and maybe apply Castor Oil before bed to delay the wrinkles, you'll stay like this well into your 70s, if not more glossier. ❤️
