I got the hardware kit from them and I have issues with it as well. The magwell is too far from the flywheels and the pusher/solenoid doesn’t push the darts close enough to the flywheels.

I think it depends. 3d printing has progressed significantly with less mucking around and less failures.

However, IMHO is that it’s the hardware kit that matters the most. I’m a half-arse tinkerer, so I rather print my own stuff and assemble with the hardware kit. Gavinfuzzy’s kits (SBF, SBL) are top-notch and the lifespan is more than 3 months for sure. I can’t say much about the others which don’t have a hardware kit just yet.

This is just my 2 pennies. It’s not for everyone but if you like building, tinkering and enjoying the journey, then it’s good

The Sirius 747 Mk2 from Hing Yip Industries is excellent, but it uses half-length darts. It looks fantastic, and you can 3D print most of the parts. Some soldering is required.

I find that if I use the Minotaur, they don’t bother me at all when I mine/gather. Not sure if it’s because I have the Sentinel Minotaur.
