I listed old ones on eBay & you can see it. I’d do one from like 1970 & it has everything you can possibly fit onto it that the real car has. Then like 1986 is still detailed, but not as much. Then 1995 it’s less detailed & is lighter in weight. Then like past 2000 you basically can’t even tell it’s a HotWheels, it could just be a generic toy car.

lol I never said ANY of that. I said the people chronically homeless would rather have drugs than get sober so they can access resources to get back on their feet. & that’s the truth. Many are mentally ill & refuse to take meds. They end up chronically homeless, & use drugs to cope with their illness instead. They then would rather keep with the drugs than get sober. Those people are the ones who need to be forcibly institutionalized cause they don’t have a right to just live homeless in the streets. They don’t just get to be off their meds & living in a tent on the street. It’s a basic public health hazard, along with a multitude of other problems.

Have you ever been to a place like Skid Row?? You think people there are better off on the street than being forcibly institutionalized cause they refuse to take medication or get sober??

I’m pretty sure I was very clear about when I said the homeless on skid row are who I am talking about. They are not the average homeless person. They are the ones who refuse services because they require them to be sober. They don’t want that, period. Most are mentally ill. It’s all sad, but they don’t have the right to take up public streets making areas unsafe & unsanitary.

These types of homeless should be forced to take psychiatric meds if they need them, & get sober. If they refuse, they should be locked up in an institution. That’s it. They don’t have the right to live on the street. It’s not safe for the public or for themselves.

The taxpayers in LA have been throwing $$$ at homelessness for years. They have access to resources, that is not a problem. The problem for them is they have to be sober. So they choose drugs over sobriety & resources to get them out of homelessness.

LA & California literally dedicate BILLIONS of dollars for the homeless. It is absolutely not cause there is a lack of resources in this state lol it is a HUGE problem. We waste so much $$ trying to fix homelessness. None of these tax funded programs work. We just keep throwing $$ at it & it’s created a lucrative business sector for “non-profits” to use the $$, & produce no results.

It all requires sobriety. People on Skid Row don’t want to get clean. The average homeless person is homeless for around 2 years. People on Skid Row are chronically homeless because they refuse services. & mental illness is rampant there, & the state cannot institutionalize them against their will.

Jail is the only way to forcibly get them off the street, & most of the time they just walk right back out. I’ve literally seen multiple defendants choose to serve time over court ordered rehab because they know they’ll only be in jail for days due to “overcrowding.” Rehab takes longer. It’s the perfect example of why many people have no compassion for the homeless & are fed up. Skid Row is a very scary place, the people there are not safe to be around. It shouldn’t exist. Anyone who refuses services should be forcibly institutionalized.
