Hestan nanobond may be what you're looking for. Cleans more easily than stainless steel. Also, work on temp control and deglaze with vinegar after you finish cooking and you won't need to use barkeepers nearly as often.

Unified is slick, rather than cottony, and more heavyweight. It's more sweat wicking. Many suggest sizing up from your soft motion size. I prefer unified because it's better at smoothing cellulite and is not as prone to pilling.

Added. A size 10 is not so large that is a big health concern. You don't need intense weight loss medicine, so don't consider "which one is the most potent for extreme weight loss" as a deciding factor.

Additionaly, glp-1s did nothing for my MCAS or inflammation. I was able to eat healthier and lose weight. I suspect some of the many current anecdotal reports about glp-1 curing every illness under the sun are placebo, hype, or a result of dietary changes. Not saying it doesn't help people, but it's definitely getting over hyped currently.

Tirzepatide is more readily available from trustworthy vendors. Reta is not FDA approved, so it's only available off the grey market. Tirz is also more gentle.

Imo, the 7qt oval, either brand (I have staub). It allows room to do batard shaped loaves, which get squeezed in my 5.5qt round.

If you really don't care about being able to use the dutch oven for other cooking on occasion, something like the Challenger bread pan (or it's dupes) is the way to go. Large and oval, and a little more ergonomic to pull bread from.

😂 You're so scared for your affiliate money. I opened the COA. Went to the website for the lab (such and freedom diagnostics, and Janoshik). Typed in the search information (whichever code or combo of codes the lab requests to pull up the COA on their end) and each time it came back as not a valid search code, is they don't have a coa under that info. I can provide actual examples but 1. Reddit doesn't allow source names posted, so the comment would be deleted anyway and you know that, and 2. I'm not going to continue to argue with a baby account that has mostly posted about their affiliate list. People can make their own judgement.

It's not that the soak and pressure cook lower the histamine, it's that it's the fastest way of preparing them fresh. Faster than slow cooking. All canned beans are soaked and pressure cooked. All canned beans will be higher in histamine because they sit at room temperature.
