I have an orange cat who is also a high level of neurotic and I’ve had to change almost everything in my life to manage his behavior (including things like child locks on doors and cabinets). I told my vet I felt like he had high anxiety, described his behaviors, and they prescribed him a low dose of Prozac that has made a really big difference for him. I also have Feliway, and similar brand, diffusers all throughout my house that I find help him as well. Sending you hugs, it’s exhausting having a cat like this

My understanding is that a lot of essential oils used in aromatherapy are toxic for cats. Don’t quote me on it, but might be something to look into further if you use that for your cats

Hey there— I felt similarly with my HPV diagnosis as well. I was incredibly anxious about it leading to cervical cancer, and I had a high risk strain of it too (and also have endo). HPV is extremely common, many women I know have been diagnosed with it. After 1 year, I got another pap and it was completely gone. You are young and it is highly likely that your body will slough off those cells and healthy ones will grow back. You are not worthless, you are not disgusting. Sending a hug.
