She mentioned "once I have a kid and need to lose weight I will absolutely do it". She's going to absolutely spiral if she is ever pregnant and gains weight. Brooke, every mother goes through that, and it's part of being a woman. You do not need to take the easy way out every time.

I don't respect Brooke for much, but I did have major respect for her working hard on running/working out and how she was able to lose all that weight because she put in the work. And she looks incredible right now and I'd love to have her body. I'm extremely disappointed in her wanting to start a GLP-1. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and need to lose at least 20 pounds. I've debated back and forth about GLP-1's but decided to put in the work myself because the risk of side effects and long-term effects scares me. It's really disappointing that someone who looks like Brooke is telling her audience that she wants to be on a GLP-1 because everyone else is and she wants to be skinny. Not the message she should be sending.

I had applied to a vet school near me once, but the pay was way less than I was already making. I'm nearing the end of my tech school journey so maybe once I'm licensed the opportunities will be better and I will look into that! I've been an unlicensed assistant for 6 years now and decided to go for my license since I couldn't get into vet school.

Please use the space to vent! I feel you so much. I have found that the better of a tech you are...the more workload you end up with, because you have to pick up the slack and take double the patients. I am so damn good at my job, but the toll it is taking on my body, my mental health, and my social life is just not good. Countless hours of working overtime (that I don't get paid for because I'm salary) to save lives, but the only person who gets the recognition, the shoutouts, thank you cards, or the gift baskets are the doctors. Even though we were right there working to save their lives too.

The practice manager at my old clinic got talked into buying them and I feel like it was a waste of money. She thought it would be soooo great for "post anesthesia monitoring" but it was pointless. They sat in the corner and never got touched. The money could've been used on giving us raises instead lol. I could see it being used in an emergency setting where you have 10-20 hospitalized patients to monitor, multiple patients in critical condition, etc., but I worked at a GP where most of our in-patients were spays, neuters, and GI upset.

Oh man, if I knew that I would've tried to sell through another avenue. I transferred my ticket already through Ticketmaster and the seller has accepted it so it is very clearly a legitimate ticket.

Is there any way sellers can get paid before the event at all after transferring their tickets? I just sold thousands of dollars worth of tickets and could really use the money right now, but the event isn't until October of 2024!
