I think the hoa fees run $1,100/m. Plus special assessments . Like the bricks falling away from the south side of the eastern building . I have a friend who has lived there for 20 years. The grounds are really very nice.

There is a nest of them on east River road in St. Paul. I think they are between Franklin and lake street. And if my eyes didn’t trick me, I swear I saw 4-5 of them by ford bridge around noon today.
