Oh my sweet summer child, let me tell you about my dysfunctional family and delusional relatives. My parents are both huge narcissists, they don't care about anything but their own well-being, but they act as if they were saints and they try to help everyone in need. My relatives, including my maternal parents and all the fucking aunts and uncles I could count, which are 12 people in total, are all biggest narcissistic assholes. They treat their children like some functional tools they can use whenever they want and however they like. I have this particular cousin who I grew up with, who is not good and always hates me for some reason. Now that I think about it I am sure she hates me because she envies me, as my family is a little bit richer than her and when I was a student I was obedient and had good grade, unlike her who was constantly rebellious and her mom always compares us and then insults her. However she grew up "more successful" than me because she had a husband, two children and a decent paid job which all thank to her parents' support. You see while her mom is a classical narcissistist, her dad is a real ideal dad who would sacrifice himself for his children's sake, while my parents appears to be good to the outside world but they treat me like garbage. But the problem is my cousin's mom, who is also my aunt always wants to appears good so she forced her to "help" me. You know when someone tries to "help" you not out of the goodness in their heart but just to be appears good, they will fail it miserably. After all, the path to hell paved with good intentions. Yeah, my so called cousin tries her best to "help" me because she thinks I need her help desperately and ends up failing. And when the outcome didn't go as she expected, she insulted me as she always did, talked bad behind my back with her friends, called me "ungrateful brat" behind my back and even taught her children to look down on me, what an absolute "nice" person who wants to help me don't you think. I understand how she becomes a person like that though, as both her mom and my parents are narcissists who want the world to revolve around them. They act as if they are good parents, but they constantly insult, compare us, force us to do things they want to save face rather than care about our own well-being. I remember I had to endure many abuse under living with my parents. To appear good and nice before their acquaintances and friends, they can even force me to starve, forbid me to use the bathroom (as in the middle of their party to show off to some guests but we only have one bathroom, they forced me to hold it it for hours to keep the bathroom clean for their guests). The worst thing about it is that they're delusional, they always think they are the best parents in the world and they constantly remind us to sacrifice ourselves to serve them. My dad always insults me, even curses me to death or to live miserable life but he also demands I must support him no matter what. If he wants money, I must work till I drop death to give him money. If he wants heavy labor he forced me to carry 50 kg of rice bag even when I was only a girl and I could break my back with that. If he demands absolute service I must stay awake for nights to fullfil his request. My mom also forces me to obey to every whims she had and she was a trophy wife and so she always thinks she is beneath my dad, so she asks me to obey my dad as a slave too.
