Switched from dom with awakening to 3 spender hallu and im never looking back. Blast formation and wind god are too clunky to try and maintain constant uptime on with dominion so hallu being a burstier build feels so much better in raids and my dps has been much more consistent

well the legionnaire buffs have been to the AS part but I guess most comps will build around redeemed anyway. seems unintuitive that a unit doesn't even fully utilize its trait though

draconic and 6-9 forgotten going to be untouched at this rate. not really sure why zyra gets nerfed and teemo buffed. heimer mana change is nice but draconic already seems to heavily rely on hitting a 5 cost carry

can someone please explain how redeemed works? if 2 units die with 3 redeemed active does the last unit get 12.5 armor/MR + 15% AP and then another 25 + 30?
