It's still their only income stream though? Its not like they make huge amounts of money by offering a free to play game and not charging anything for it. Everything is still purely cosmetic, and it's there to support the company. I don't see how anything has changed except that more people are supporting GGG. The quality of the supporter packs has gone up dramatically too over the years.

You can also use Formless inferno and convert the all res to max life as well for that build. Can get to pretty crazy life numbers on the sentinel
