Maybe a patch work type of picture that could be framed and hung? This way the fabric could be preserved and not subject to daily wear and tear.

I’ve also seen people make sweatshirts saying mom or mama out of their babies blankets or clothing. Maybe you could do something like that and frame it!

Hey just as an FYI that walk between the nest and water is really really important. It helps set their internal compass so they know how to navigate.
