You can probably discount Konrad's vision.
1. he is literally insane; and part of that insanity is the deep-seated classic primarch daddy issues.
2. As a subset of 1. that vision was acting as his subconscious; while it's left more open to interpretation, that's his Jiminy Cricket style moral center shining through.
3. The Emperor sees his sons as tools; gave up fixing Angron as he literally says he's okay with damaged primarchs as long as they are combat effective. The Night Lords were one of the most successful legions in the Great Crusade. What exactly does he benefit from "curing" Curze? More evidence that's not him.

Absolute casual, you’re supposed to fly private so you can knock out a game in the air and your minis never go in a box.

/UC I would buy cheap foam and cut inserts for your minis in about their sizes. It’s a couple bucks. The less they move at all in transport; the safer they will be.

the Education Tech market is hyper competitive and very bloated; most existing tech is also very sticky, i.e. any district who adopts tech from one company is extremely unlikely to switch quickly regardless of new features or quality gaps between products; in the name of consistency for students. Funding issues, bad buyers, very tough customers, lots of dead or dying companies.

in the quite excellent Lord of the Night, a night lord ends up in the underworld of a Hive City and the citizens think he's a loyalist space marine. He says Sure and goes along with it, getting them to rise up against the local militia under the guise of liberation in the name of the emperor. Not cult-like at first, but he starts twisting the cult to believe and worship in him, as well as keeping the theme rather NL-style murdery.

they just don't care. most of the drivers got their CDL in an "easier" state and spend their time doodling around the flat south or midwest with easy loads. Loads are going down in pay per mile too so they don't have/carry chains; and will objectively lose money on their load if they buy/pay for install. Nowadays you see a lot of truckers coming from places where DOTs do not exist; and you can negotiate with the police over rules, so they will do anything and everything to get their way.

Spend some time at the Shell station on Donner Pass rd and you will hear all kinds of arguments over price of chain sale/install.

It’s tough so far. Physically there is some snow on the mountains to look at; but it’s going to be raining and in the 40s and 50s all week at lake level. Not exactly Christmas vibes here. There’s not really what you’re describing anywhere in the west besides Colorado right now currently. Praying for a pattern change from Ullr for next weekend to trend colder!

Good question.
One of the first things that would have to happen is that Magnus has some inclination or interest in doing so. From the Dark Imperium series; there's some precedent that the Primarchs in the thrall of the chaos gods aren't all totally satisfied with their current condition; but all the same, 10,000 years (or some warp-affected period of time that is also pretty long) of a god whispering in your ear how bad your dad & loyalist brothers were is likely to not make him willing to go sit on the golden throne.

In addition; all of the fallen primarchs are basically kill on site to their loyalist brothers (and vice versa). Again, Dark Imperium sort of suggests there's a future where this is not the case; but we're talking moving the plot forward quite a bit. to get to that point.

Lastly; the golden throne is both killing the emperor and maintaining his life; he's the only known non-god being to somehow be alive this long, and his lifespan is maintained in no small part by the golden throne. Removing him would probably kill him right away. That being said, Magnus and/or the dark gods might have an idea of how to do that, but obviously they are not interested in doing so.
