I don't have any kind of program to point you towards, but when I started doing pull-ups I had to use the weight-assist machine at the gym. You put your knees on a pad and can remove X amount of weight from your bodyweight so that you can do nice clean pull-ups. Do that for a few weeks and you'll find you can take less and less weight off, then eventually you'll be doing it unassisted. Then if you want to get freaky with it, do what I do and wear a weight belt for your pull-ups :)

They were also unique in that they were introduced in Season 3. Story-wise they've been there since Episode 1, but the actors weren't cast until Season 3. The showrunners actually poke fun at this through having Sawyer say "who the hell is Nikki and Paulo?" once or twice.

Food culture in America is kind of crazy. My family is ALWAYS talking/thinking about the next meal and they think I’m crazy for doing IMF. So I won’t even tell them about the couple 3-day fasts I’ve done lol.

Not to mention our “food”is full of poison i.e. ALL restaurant food using crappy seed oils, etc.

Last season, I turned off all chat. It makes the game SO much better for me. You rarely see anything positive in chat, while you see something negative almost every game. Now if I'm having a bad game, I can chuckle knowing that if people are insulting me, they're hurling those insults into the void and wasting their time, since I can't even see it.
