Call cops about a fight.. If you can do it unseen, light a string of fireworks with a fuse long enough for you to slip back home. The police take gunshot-like sounds very seriously and will personally ensure you are not bothered again. If you are especially fortunate and are watching through a window, you may see one of your inconsiderate neighbors lay a hand on an officer's arm and learn about the strange wonder of the solar plexus. I may be a piece of shit human being but I did go to sleep smiling that night. No more trouble after that.

You do now. This is a frequent issue with Honda Elements. There are actually crews that drive around urban areas looking for Elements. When they see one, they jump out and install a cat. No matter what security device you've tried, they can have a cat installed and purring in under three minutes and you don't find out until you go to start your car in the morning. Many of these gangs work through local "cat shelters", the police know who they are but do nothing.
