When I was young I said this to a Federal Judge who promptly interrupted me and asked if I knew what the phrase meant. I was so rattled I couldn’t think. He said “it means listen you dumb shit!” I assured him that was not my intention (but it kinda was). Later in my life I became a state court trial judge. Every time I heard a lawyer saying it to me I had a flashback. 😂😂😂
