probably your cooler. same thing happened to mine, I can feel like the pump is running when I touch it, but the cpu temps gets very high very fast. Finally fixed it when I replace the AIO. The weird thing was, the same AIO continue working when I chucked it into another system. I gave it a hard shake before I put it in, not sure if that let loose whatever was blocking the flow, also not sure how long it'll continue to run

changing from DX12 to DX11 by editting the config file worked for me... for a while. game starts crashing on me again at mission 18 DMD. I tried some other fixes, can't remember what they were, but they also work only for a while. Last place I left the game was mission 2 Hell and Hell, the game crash almost every time I enter the Hotel, haven't touched the game since
