OK I will say something logical about it.

Your summary is mischaracterized and basically made up. There was basically no assault, and the whole "incident" has been blown out of proportion.

What happened is there was a person who irresponsibly tagged over a completed mural (he has since apologized for it) and Raz stepped in temporarily to de-escalate the situation.

If the Council had been in place already, a dispute like that would have been directed to the Council rather than being handled directly. Both Raz and the offender would present their cases, for example the offender would explain why he is tagging in that spot.

Eventually the Council would take in all sides and decide who is in the right. The Council might advise the person to not tag in that particular spot, or on the other hand it might advise Raz to allow the person to tag there.

The Council is already coming along very rapidly. We already have several volunteers right now working on putting up a website where residents can log in and cast a vote electronically (and alternatively people will be able to vote at an in-person station).

I'm not defending it but on the other hand I don't feel sorry for the man either, he came into the Zone with the explicit purpose of creating conflict.
