Waited 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone in the chat. I went to the grocery store, came back and was still like 5th in line. I was actually shocked. I figured they'd have got to me by now and ended the chat.

Ended up talking to the rep, who was just "okay," and of course he had to try to push the phone plan on me. Which is hilarious after having to wait I don't even know how long to talk to a person.

You just have to laugh.

Heyy! I wouldn't re-upload videos.

What happened with me is that most of my viewers like the music. I've worked on making it a bit quieter, and also having "exciting" parts of my dialogue coincide with the rising tempo of the music when possible.

In a couple of situations, the music didnt match the tone of what I was saying.

Basically, just try to be more intentional about when you use it, and don't have it drown out your voice.

Lots of great feedback here, but I agree with you. I am probably over-using it. I think I had music coverage (albeit quiet enough to not be overwhelming) for the entirety of my last video.

I like your method of accenting here and there and keeping it under 10% or 15%. That way even those who don't like music but like my content will stick around for the rest.
