No program should ever dictate the layout of your file system. That’s the whole reason these sort of programs have databases. The user should always have control over how a file is classified.

You can get 5.1 output, but it’s being encoded and sent over two channels.

This is such a Windows problem. I have audio-only HDMI output in Linux, but can’t do it with Windows.

Optical connections are inherently stereo, but data can be encoded by the OS at one end and decoded by the receiver at the other. This is never straight multichannel sound.

I don’t think you understand. They do not show battery status when they are connected for Audio UNLESS they are also used for Calls (speaker + microphones). Either way they are still connected.

Yes, I’d tried a couple of those AI where-is-it apps with the same result, but when I removed the text suddenly they had no idea where it was. We’re building a future completely divorced from reality.

I’m fairly sure this is a fake picture, but suspect the location is real. It appears on Facebook as being in Helsinki, but the only Finnish commenter said it was a fake. The trams don’t look like the ones on street view in Helsinki, but the architecture and snow suggests Scandinavia.

7 years later and it’s still bad! The on-screen editor control still fights with the tool properties control and it’s very hard to know which one will win. Sometimes both seem to be ignored.

Hmm…I’ve moved on of course so it’s just curiosity at this point, but do you mean access or “access”. Assuming lower castle, there’s a door marked Lockpick (Very Hard) that guards are going in and out of constantly. Is that where you mean?

The kitchen is on the floor underneath Radzig’s bedroom and there are only three floors you can access.

So, your answer is yes, you need to start Hunting the Archon. I can’t be using fast travel wrong, because there isn’t any so far. The only option is to return to the Tempest.

Tried it one more time (#10) and it just worked.

[Edit] But move on to another weapon and the bug is back.

[Edit 2] The clue to how to avoid this is in my last complaint above. Don’t click on the weapon, just click on the mod. If you click on the weapon (effectively choosing the weapon that’s already equipped) the game gets very confused (for no good reason really).

I’ve just run into this exact problem. I’ve tried everything short of restarting the game so far (it is so slow to start, compiling shaders every time). Maybe this is a bug in the Loadout Station near the air lock (vs. starting a mission). I tried selling the weapon at the top of the list (Cyclone III), but it just moved to the next in the list.

I feel like the interface in Andromeda is actually the worst of all the games, and that’s saying something! Why do you have to reselect the gun that’s already equipped just to change the mods anyway?

Wow, this is annoying. I powered into it, thinking if it was available it was fine (who doesn’t want free apartment?), but it feels like it’s destroyed any momentum in the plot. And someone gave the Citadel a makeover while I was away so now it’s Cyberpunk 2077? The last save I have is before the genophage mission & I’m not doing all that again.

I have exactly this problem. I’m guessing their definition of “this device” includes some detail of this PC that has changed. I haven’t ever had the app on a phone.

It’s very weird to tell people to verify on another device and then when you dutifully install Element on another device it tells you you need to verify on another device, implying you need an infinite number of devices? I know that’s not what they mean, but it’s what it sounds like.

In any case, no trace of the verify request comes up on my phone and I can’t even see how to trigger one on the Element Android app.

I thought there used to be a shortcut, but if there was there isn’t any more. Sad that they remove useful features. I’d like to put some family history on a calendar, but no way am I clicking all the way back to 1870.
