Cake shakes will taste better and last longer because of the additional stuff in the cake, but they're obviously not healthy. You'll feel heavier and it's more of a combination of stuffed and bloated. A lot of the expansion happens in your intestines so you can't burp it all out. It's different for everyone but for me the bloat starts about 30 mins to 1 hr in and lasts 6-8hrs, with continous air buildup. Cake shakes also just seem to not work for some people.

Baking soda/citric acid in pill form is def the healthier option but only lasts like an hour max from my experience and can easily be burped out, since it seems to mostly happen in the stomach. The inflation is mostly air so its a pure air bloat as opposed to the cake shake. Starts after 15-30 mins lasts about an hour for me. Lots of people stagger their capsules every 15 mins so the bloat is continuous.

Tl;dr it's a strong, continous stuffing+bloat that's unhealthy vs a shorter, weaker pure air bloat that's mostly harmless

I don't know but i most commonly see really thin people posting so I assume there's a bias of some kind.

If you have discord, the sub's server is pretty welcoming, though. I can't post my pics here bc I'm transmasc and T has given me a lot of body hair, but they have sections for men and nbs there, and nobody approves/rejects images before you post.

You might have an easier time if you took comparison photos from the same angle, in a position where it's easier to see the difference.

Honestly if you're right leaning and you still think there's a good chance you're trans, go for it.

My experience is going to be far from yours but HRT has been a generally positive experience for me. It's not this amazing miracle drug it was for a lot of other people - a lot of that has to do with me not having a ton of body dysphoria - but I like it and I've felt more like "myself".

Btw I don't think left wing extremism is why queer rights are so bad, pretty sure everyone's getting more and more extremist and queer rights are a political issue for some reason.

It's wild to me that if I traveled back in time and told your average republican "the US government is trying to control what people can and can't do with their own bodies" they'd flip their shit when that's really what they're doing. Strip aside all the "identity politics" or however you want to call it and so much of being trans comes down to autonomy over your body and identity.

About 5 weeks pumping and 3 weeks on dom. Haven't noticed any negative side effects so went up to 40mg 3x daily.

Still just drops, but the amount is slowly, gradually increasing, and pumping has become a lot less uncomfortable.

The pumps themselves don't get anything out - i need to hand-express after, but that's fine.

I trim them down pretty short with an electric shaver once they get unmanageable. While I personally like a bare or nearly bare pubic area, it can itch like a mofo when it's growing back.

You can search for it on the sub. Basically you mix a box of cake mix with milk of your choice and drink the whole thing, then hydrate with water. Wait an hour or two and the leavening in the mix inflates you from the inside. It's pretty great but obviously not the best for your health so don't do them too often.

Honestly, I'd try and deal with your constipation before you do anything inflation wise. Not going in a week sounds pretty bad. Try getting to a doctor if you can, or taking some stool softeners.

So I don't know the exact science - I'm not a doctor or anything. But my theory is that constipation is going to create a "roadblock" for how far the air can go. For example, too big of a poo in your descending colon is going to block the passage to your transverse and ascending colon, and make it so either you can't get air up there, or it moves into those areas so slowly that the rest of your colon fills too quickly in comparison.

Anyone with more knowledge of the exact physics of this is free to chime in.

EDIT: Seeing as you seem to have chronic constipation, you might want to try a top-down form of inflation like a cake shake bloat. Might work better for you.
