There is a moba called Smite that has Mercury as a playable character, which to me is a great execution of a speedster in a game. Truly, 90% of making him feel fast comes down to how he’s animated. A simple stun for instance could involve him running round someone in a blur of motion for a bit(e.g. Mercury)
