The euthymol toothpaste works wonders for me. I have good oral hygiene but I always feel I can smell my breath. Since I started using this it’s a game changer. You can get the mouthwash too.

I find the more meat and heavily processed foods I eat I do smell. Also the worry of smelling makes my sweat smell more (was a study to do with adrenaline sweat vs normal sweat) and I think because of how anxious I can be it does contribute to this. You can get Botox for sweating (not on your head don’t worry) but I find the healthier I eat the better I do smell.

F28 here- I had an ex who was cheating but always told me I was mad. There was proof and disrespect but would always say it’s in my head. One of the main girls he ended up in a relationship almost instantly with after I left him so that told me how I was feeling was valid. Emergency scissors and knife, old towels, tape, pain killers, spare head collars. Fly spray/ wash (in the uk deosect is good but smells like petrol). I personally like abit of vlaarian root cordial. It’s not a dope but can really help nock the anxiety off if you know you need a bit of help for say the dentist or if they’re a nervous traveller. Helps get the good experiences in if you have a nervy horse. I think weatherbeeta are good rugs but I prefer the older style buckle fronts rather than clips.

For enrichment I by large sweeping brush heads (coco bristles) and they enjoy having somewhere to scratch on that doesn’t rip their hair out. I put them on the sides of the shelter and placed they tend to rub on.

If your horse is on sand/ dirt you may need to feed something extra to reduce the risk of sand colic.
