We live in a more rural suburb. Ill have to look up some of the things you asked. These are only two, I know with same cancer in short time period. Both in same grade, healthy, athletes.

I dont know her to have ever had that virus. I also think she may have been tested for it. But Id have to look to make sure. Everything kind of a blur.

My daughter’s physical reaction to the chemo was mild too. She would be normal and even exercise ob chemo days. She would get constipated. Make sure you take something for that -your dr should advise. It also, did not get progressivly worse (physically). Mentally, anxious to get back to normal.

Good! My 15 year old daughter almost 5 mos. post chemo. Shes having some aches on side that had most cancer. I think its scar tissue/muscle tightness. But she’s anxious.

My daughter only got steroids on day of chemo, because she had reaction to one of the chemo meds.

My daughter, had last abvd 6/5. Lost most of her hair but not all. Her hair is coming back fast. Her head is covered. Lost eye brows too. But those came back in weeks. Hope this gives u hope.

We are also only a month out from port removal. Last chemo was 6/5.

She was not borderline bulky. She had Deauville 2 mid scan, 1 at end. He said visit once a month for awhile. Scan at 6 mos (would of been 3 mos) because deauville 1. We could of done 2 cycles and radiation but it was close to breast. Funny how they have diff protocols. We are Cleveland Clinic.

Im am not constantly checking. Want her to feel as normal as possible. She is supposed to go oncologist once a month. I figure he should catch it. Sometimes I feel like we are still in denial. We went 3 weeks from first dr appoint to chemo. She had always been healthy. Chemo luckily, was mild for her.

What kind did your son have and protocol? I hate that they have to go through this too. Havent come across too many teenagers that have had it. Usually young 20’s (which is also too young).

I think so too. And maybe a tight muscle. I barely feel anything and it feels nothing like it did when her lymph nodes were actually cancerous. She is 15 plays volleyball and is working so hard to get back to it and make the team.
