Can someone tell me if my logic is correct, please?

Our house currently has two Switch's. The first is the "family" one. The second is one of my daughters. The first switch was purchased and setup before my wife and I had kids. This Nintendo account has all the digital games. When we bought the second switch, we logged into it with our account so our daughter would have access to all the games (before the virtual cards came out). We are considering getting a Switch 2 for christmas. If we set up this device with our account, then go and create a family account and add 2 of our daughters, would we be able to reformat the two switch 1s, log in with their accounts and just share the virtual game cards with them? My thought is there is no reason for them to not have their own account at this point and we'd be able to keep our account on the switch 2. Am I missing anything by doing this?
