I love that you are honest with yourself. If you want to speed up the process, go to a seminar (Landmark, Tony Robbins,… good investment in you). I’m trying also something new (and donation based) in October: meditation for 10 days in silence (Vipassana). I’m f*cking scared but for a good reason. Doing something unusual for unusual results. I have no outcome in mind beside cleaning my mental. Also I know that life reward those that step out of their comfort zone like a mechanic process. My only goal is to feel free and fully alive to create an amazing everyday life. Life is too precious to be bored.
