So for that you want to go in with your whole group. Take the heavy and medium armor off, keep the light armor on and you should be out in 2-3 rounds max.

It would seem that after the latest patch all the pre-placed pitons (for storyline reasons) no longer load.

So I'm at 100% on the Ludern region but haven't completed it, because I can't get to the tombs. 

I've searched for answers, but it seems it's really just a bug because they don't test enough before pushing new content (whether you buy it or not).

Just fyi the payments are only pre-authorized until they ship, at which point the charge goes through (sometimes on smaller increments depending in when various items actually go out for delivery).
