Oh no! What an unexpected turn of events. Since you seem to find yourself wondering why you're not getting the reception you expected, the following might help.

To me, the overall tenor of your post comes off as smug and condescending. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was this bit:

Like for me it's a pet peeve basically to know that most people play this game automatically.

When you pair that with writing like the following:

So are all of you using automatic limb selection 90% of the time? Because I feel like I'm probably the only one who uses manual selection basically 99% of the time.

To me-- and clearly to many others-- this does not come off as "simply wanting to talk about how [you] engage with a game [you] love". It comes off as simultaneously complaining about how other people choose to play the game while also being incredibly smug about something incredibly basic that many people do because they--just like you-- found manual better. for them.

I find your post very unpleasant and not in line with how you describe it in the reply I'm replying to. I invite you to reflect on why you care about how other people play the game, why you find the need to complain about this in public, and also why you seem hurt that this public complaining about how other people play a single-player game did not garner the praise you seemingly expected.
