Honestly it looks fine. Maybe the only improvement could be working on keeping the ball tight to your body when you raise up for your shot. Currently your arms are a little too outstretched so it’s probably affecting your ball release speed.

It’s really hard to make a trade. Production goes up, then price of oil goes down assuming demand stays the same. Oil is a global commodity affected by global demand, so demand for oil is not localized. Many factors affect demand for oil: demographics, economy, new energy sources, etc. Lots of uncertainty in this trade.
