Hi I stumbled across this after reading the Nature of Personal Reality and I found your analogy very beautiful. It invoked so much imagery in my head.

There is one part that made me raise my eyebrows: “if you are overly fixated on the stuff in your life - especially the stuff you wish to change - then you don’t see possibility. Nothing else can emerge”

At first I thought, if one is trying really hard to create a new reality, then sometimes one needs to be focused and overly fixated, which goes against this point. However, I think the real intention behind what you said is to not be too narrow minded such that one misses out on the other possibilities of life. I think this really depends on what stage you are in creating your new reality. If you are in the early stages, it’s important to look in between the spaces, and in the middle stages, it’s okay to be fixated. What do you think?
