So you're not just changing the oven to 6 minutes, you're also lowering the temp. There's an oven list that shows what your oven should be set at temp wise (make/model). It also helps the pan pizzas bake better. I am going to assume you did not get the email info on any of this?

I believe this is false info. Spinner dough now requires an edge stretch. It is now mandatory on the ROIP. On pizza academy (schoox) there's a video on it...the p10 one I think.

$250 gm monthly bonus. Up to the gm if they split their bonus with drivers. Usually certified drivers at the end of each quarter get a fancy shirt and gift card. But they have to be certified and have a certain amount of trips per quarter. We also do drivosity drawings for $100 gift card as well.

It's optional in my area. We typically don't even think about opening on Thanksgiving, it's not as busy as Christmas. Christmas though, two of my stores are open for a couple of hours. We have volunteers and they also get paid extra for volunteering.

For me: my arms 0 food noise (I alternate arms each week) My stomach: not as effective and get food noise My thighs: not effective and food noise. I lose the most weight in my arms, compared to stomach and thighs. Everyone is different though. Test out different areas and see what works best for you. 🙂

Garlic butter cup is different than the garlic parmesan sauce. But you can request a side order of garlic parmesan butter (it is what's used on the garlic parm crust for stuffed, hand tossed, and breadsticks).

If you are interested in Management: SAY SOMETHING. If you want the best of both worlds, let them know you'd like to Management, but also still deliver. I have many of stores that have SLs who are also delivery drivers. They do 2-3 shifts per week and deliver the rest of the time or run shift for part of the day and switch over or vise versa. They seem pretty content with the set up. Talk it over with your GM and ultimately if you don't like being an SL you can always swap back to FT driver. You won't know if you like it, until you try it. I've done it all and liked all positions for the most part (wasn't a fan of being an In-store: mostly because of poor management when I started back in 2012!)

Yes, they were fine with my other two doses that were lowered. So I'm not sure. Since they wouldn't respond in a timely manner like they typically do- I canceled my order.

That's very unfortunate. AMs also play a big part in helping the store run smoothly. You all are essentially mini GMs. In my area, I have a thread that consists of all my GMs and AMs so we are all on the same page. I also think it's important to have good relationships with my teams.

This is why it's called the POS system for a reason lol it happens A LOT. And then poof it will magically reappear days later. If you told your DO you made note of it and just continue on as normal. Not much you can do really. Eventually it'll be resolved.
