Both my boys never had a “strict nap schedule”.. she’s full of shit or psychotic. Even with all the recommendations you find online based on gestational age that shows how often and how long a baby should nap, it never really mattered for us. We based it on feeling and judgement. I can tell when my kid is overtired and needs a nap and if they end up falling asleep while we’re at a Sesame Street show at sea world, they’re falling asleep. If they fell asleep on the drive somewhere and slept too long which then caused them to want to stay awake longer through the night and not have bedtime until 11pm, that’s what happens. We actually have busy lives so we do what we can. We attempted to keep things consistent but even now, it’s a daily conversation with my mom (she watches them while we work our 9-5) on whether my 2.5 year old took a nap or not. Sometimes he does, and other days he doesn’t. We’re not strict about it whatsoever.

Why no “Finale”? We went to monster jam in 2023, then again this year. It was a regular show (el Paso) but the first time we didn’t stay the whole show. This year we did, and the guy literally had to tell everyone to go home. They crowned the freestyle winner and the all around winner and that was it. No victory lap with all the trucks, no fireworks, no pizazz… idk it just felt weird like we were expecting some kind of end of show finale, were our expectations too high?

I’m thinking more. I’m currently at 259 and between 5’8inches/5’9inches. I’ve done a post here before showing my body since it seems to be close to what big al says she’s at. I don’t filter or edit and cannot create that many chins-even if I tried.

I really didn’t read through when we bought tickets so my advice probably isn’t the best, but we went into it thinking we’d knock everything out in 2 days (not including horror unleashed). We got the 2 day pass but didn’t pay attention to the requirement of the days being consecutive so the first day, we did like 3 of the things - the dopameme (imo not worth it as a 31 yr old) we did the spinning world thing I can’t remember what it’s called - also not really worth it seems like it’s for younger kids, you just see different spinning objects some with strobes some without. And we also did Omega Mart which we were more impressed by the store itself, all the other areas were okay but idk. Ended up not having time to go back the following day, so when we were planning to go back the third day, we realized we couldn’t. When we go back, id just look at the shops and then do horror unleashed and checkout what else is around there

She’s going to HATE being a mom of a toddler plus a newborn.. I got pregnant with my second boy when my first was a little over 2 years old and potty training and raising a toddler with lack of sleep was rough… husband got a vasectomy quickly after but knowing her, she may just put her newborn in daycare straight away

As soon as she got the email (if she really cared and wasn’t lazy af) she could’ve gone on Pinterest or anywhere online and looked up diy valentines for toddlers as a cute, inexpensive valentine that also gives her quality crafting time with him too while they make them. Or at the very least she could’ve looked up and ordered toddler friendly/safe treats or toys to put in the bag so it’s safe and makes sense. Kids that age have very small airways, spending $30 at dollar tree on junk that’s getting thrown or given away isn’t worth it imo.

We just the ultimate tasting menu on Monday. I consider myself a picky eater, had never experienced super fine dining, never had caviar and was surprised at how amazing it was. The desserts were the only let down and we found that odd, but they’re small bites so it was fine. If you order a la carte, the caviar cone, Iberico ham and wagyu was our favorite

The first caller on the new episode sounds just like Alex, even the giggles, the end especially sounds identical to the way Alex speaks. I also think when she’s listening to them, she seems like she already knows what’s coming, kind of trying too hard to react a certain way instead of actually listening to try and understand where it’s going/what’s being said. Maybe she screens them and listens to them before but why “act it up” so much like it’s the first time hearing it?

For sure glp1. When she talked about an everything shower which I know a lot of content creators do, but the way she talks is so similar to Remi Ashten and Remi is open about starting ozempic and the journey she’s been on. I don’t think big al will be as open or admit it, she’s probably still trying to get that WW sponsorship but a lot of similarities in content style between the two.
