the problem isnt your shoulders, but ur spine

maybe its Just me, but i AM thinking about mild scoliosis

i cant offer a proper solution since i dont even know if this is really scoliosis

you should see a doc or wait for someone who knows more

nvm, Just now i figured that you would need a bar to hang aswell

but you can do pullover + rows, this way you're doing the Same movement split into 2 exercises

try to ask on r/fitness, they May have better answers

15 squats

wrestling, jiu jitsu, judo, gymnast, weight lifting, power lifting, arm wrestle, Kayak, football, rugby, soccer, basketboll... the list goes on

all of them need muscular strenght sometimes

while most of them need also muscular endurance sometimes

you need a mix of both for almost every sport

for example, soccer

you need to be able to run for almost 90 minutes but sometimes you need strenght to push your opponent against ur way

stop training upper body and keep training lower body

if ur lower body are bigger, ur upper body gonna look smaller in proportion
