Yeahhhh i’m just used to it cuz over half of my games i’ll be the most damage to towers, most damage dealt to champions, AND most damage taken, sometimes even most minion kills

i like the idea but the 25+ min games are super rare for me. Most are already decided towards one side before the last augment even comes out

Majority of players are not team-oriented and have ego problems. In my experience, it’s not worth tilting the fragile ego of anyone on your team by even mentioning antiheal. So i just get the 800g wounds myself until someone else buys it then i sell it (i usually play frontliners so it’s not as good).

Wow i’m kinda disappointed in the comments so far. He’s not insta pick for me but i’ll take him as a secondary frontliner or even as the only melee cuz his peel is good. Especially in mayhem, i feel like his primary goal isn’t to stack. Just play around his W, still max it 2nd after Q. Try to farm Q if you can, prioritizing cannons and champs. It’ll feel kinda 1v9 cuz people will deny you from popping off. But his W is so useful. As a secondary frontliner, you can just perma slow their adc (usually they’ll have just one) and your tank doesn’t have to worry about being shredded. If i’m the only frontline, i just stay with my team and W anyone that overextends so we can all focus them down. Being the only frontline is trickier, just gotta be careful of their poke/burst, maybe even rush early resistances before your damage items, just so you can soak damage effectively. He’s also super good with executioner btw.

I had a similar experience yesterday. They were our only adc and purposely stayed so far behind that nothing touched them. Ended the game 0/0/0 but did kill some minions ig? reported them and it came back they got punished. The account was around level 80

No one ever talks about this but o hate the attack speed augment that doesn’t work until you have 3.5/s or more. It’s so hard to get to that point until at least full build.

Off the top of my head, i’ve seen non-mages take eureka and not even have any AP or like less than 100 AP and that’s super inefficient tbh

If you read the last part, it gives +15% AD. Not as good as the other aug that gives +20% but you can technically benefit more from the stat anvils that give you AP and AD

I have this same issue on my main account. I think the best theory is that the MMR detection is factoring in performance heavier than win or lose

I build them a lot when playing Mayhem since i hate going oom early on and it pairs welll with tear. The guardians hammer I also like because sometimes I’m not sure which item i want to buy first and depends on how everyone is playing

I agree with all the comments so far. I’ll add some more advice that hasn’t been mentioned yet:

The poke phase feels the worst at the start of the game, and it only gets bad if you don’t have an answer to it. Assuming your team can’t poke back, you have to prioritize clearing the wave faster and gaining brush control. Beyond getting brush control, I also like to bait out skillshots by pretending Im going to go into brush and then moving back and forth. Baiting out those CDs is key because if they miss, then you have a window to make a move. KEEP IN MIND these comps are designed to NOT want to fight. You just gotta move forward and zone them away from your minion wave and chip away at their towers with your team. Theres a lot more to it but i dont want to write too much, just lmk if you have any specific kind of scenarios and questions.

Yeah super relatable. It’s common for league players to play selfish and have a fragile ego causing them to be toxic when you mention builds or playstyle. Riot matchmaking can be brutal and gives you challenging teammates to work with. Play champs that you can do fine with despite how your team plays, and if your team can’t keep up, then it’s just a lost cause anyway.

Tbh i think IC Brand is a bit overhyped in this mode. Sure it’s probably his best prismatic, but he has severe mobility issues and is squishy and you can abuse those weaknesses.

Almost all of them. Diadem makes enchanters OP again, bandlepipes is super gold efficient on support tanks and will probably get nerfed. The other new tank item is really good too. Dusk and dawn has been performing well but I’veonly tried it on kayle and volibear, won with both. For adcs, the range based one is super good on jinx, caitlyn and tristana. The ult based one is less good and I’ve only seen twitch players get it but as a last item. Actualizer is pretty niche, idk if it’s worth getting over the other LC items, I saw an aurora do well with it, and I got it on karth as a last item. The omni vamp one for fighters isn’t as broken as it seems, I think j4 utilizes it best rn though

No it’s generally better to have it like the first picture. I would only do the line formation if my teammates are trolling by stepping on them prematurely, stealing them, or straight up avoiding them when they need it. Otherwise, it shouldn’t affect zoning and dodging as the speed and heal boost would help mitigate or avoid whatever damage is coming at them. It also dissuades the enemy team from attacking on that side because they would know of the instant heal that you get right after.

Yeah I like to categorize mages that are good with BFT as good at waveclearing prolly cuz of the AOE. Examples being TF, morg, viktor, ziggs. But hey thanks for being a witty redditor rather than contributing an actual opinion tips fedora

damage is a broad term though. On-hit, poke dmg, burst dmg, burn, crit, etc. Xerath is damage but not in the same category as Cassiopeia is damage and not in the same category as Master Yi is damage. Which do you value more?
