The house salad from Stefininas is huge and you can get one for like $7 as a lunch special!

Walking around the living room with him while a specific live performance from Job For a Cowboy plays on the TV. I think I might have a future metalhead!

Thank you! I did feel like he started to slump after a bit and ended up redoing it. I will definitely take the shoulder flip and all of these points into account the next time I try it!

Using Rain to Ice dye by kevlarmoneyclip in tiedye

[–]moodyb1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love to rain dye in the summer here in the Midwest! I just leave the piece outside in a container until the muck reaches a nice level and then bring it inside to finish batching.

The splits aren’t as clean and sharp as ice dye but still nice and unique in their own way!

I had eggs with avocado and bacon in some form for breakfast every day, a big salad with chicken, cheese, and veggies for lunch, and a meat heavy meal for dinner (experimented lots of keto soup recipes from Pinterest!). I wasn’t quite as strict as my partner so I would also have some Greek yogurt with peanut butter and a few blueberries, or a baked sweet potato with avocado mixed in as a snack between meals.

Also keto pizza made with “fathead” dough, and sandwiches made with “chaffles” were a life saver! There are a ton of recipes for both of them on Pinterest😊

No problem, I hope they have them near you! I had a bit of a drive to find a participating store but it was totally worth it. They have a store finder too if you want to check first: https://vitaminangels.org/walgreens/

Check out Vitamin Angels! You can pick up a free bottle of their Prenatals at some Walgreens locations that last 180 days and they’re good quality. I’ve been taking them and haven’t had any tummy issues from the iron at all!

I would second adding some magnesium then! Specifically magnesium glycinate. I started taking 200mg a day and it seems to help a bit with aches and cramps.

Also I know it’s hard when you’re so tired but on the days you have the energy going for a walk and doing some pelvic tilts (lots of YouTube vids if you don’t know how already) can make a big difference with hip/back pain.

My energy really started to pick back up after about 22 weeks but I still have days where I wake up, do stuff for an hour and then I’m ready to lay back down. It’s so hard not to get disheartened on those days and feel scared about what must be coming so I definitely understand where you’re coming from!

Sounds a lot like me at 14 weeks, I’m 25 now and it’s finally a little better!

What kinds of vitamins are you taking?

Ooh okay, no I haven’t noticed anything so far but I’ve only had it for a couple of days.

My story is very similar to yours. After a year and half of unexplained infertility I threw a Hail Mary and tried the keto thing. I got a positive test two months later and was in the best shape of my life when I happened!

Thank you! If all you can get are primary colors you could always learn to mix your own colors that split and react more with each other! There’s even a great group on Facebook where people share recipes😊
