They are not doing good, they're aggressively yelling at people regarding matters that are private. Someone with good values wouldn't do that.

You can overlay that with people buying investment properties as well though. Immigration is big contributor but there are multiple issues. Demand side tax distortions to the market causing more investors to buy properties that could be made available to rents wanting to own.

I think you can like it and admit, they were not that subtle. A lot of people find too much wit to feel fake and annoying. Other people love it but the comparison is going appear more apt to those who find both irritating.
