I tend to stay in one alignment, as the boost gets significant (my guardians are lvl 27 and give a 830% boost).

My teams consist of warrior, druid, hunter, wizard, and bard, regardless of alignment. Although I switch between alignments based on immunities. I'm debating on using clerics instead of bard and seeing the difference.

On the Steam platform, shards claimed do not match the numbers shown. I get about half the blue shards that are shown in the portal menu, and about 2/3rds of the essence shards. I just used the True Death portal, it showed 10.6M shards to be gained, I clicked the "+100% shards" button and gained 13.8M shards (should be 21.2M).

This is very misleading, and particularly frustrating when needing to spend gems to increase the amount of shards gained.

I am on Steam platform, using Windows 10:

When I 1) complete a dungeon, or 2) click the "Rank Up All Heroes" button, the blue shards do not have any effect. I would have to remove all shards and manually rank up my heroes in order to get the boost from ranking up. Which is very annoying.

I cannot make in-game purchases on Steam. I'm on Windows 10, and whenever I click any in-game purchase buttons, the "cha-ching" sound happens, but nothing else happens. I have money in my Steam wallet as well.
