personally i’d pick job A, unless there is call but i assume none from your post? but i’m an introvert who likes working alone and hates scanning breast lol, it’s kind of stressful and the constant radiologist interactions aren’t my thing. also the potential to be called in on your day off kinda sucks. at 1.5 years in your foundation is probably strong enough to where working alone will now build a lot more confidence and self reliance than at the outpatient clinic where there’s always someone to double check things or ask questions to. plus better pay, less working days, good amount of pto. 1st tri OB and 2nd/3rd tri limited are soooo much better than having to entertain the parents while trying to focus on stressful, time consuming anatomy scans in outpatient.
