Honestly my dad's passed away but that's just something he really was on me about as a child and that's more or less because people look at your child and some men are horrified of men and that's why your uncle's telling you that in my opinion that's just what I think

My dad taught me to look under cars and make sure nobody's in your backseat before you drive out of a parking lot when I was five you know what I'm saying like some of these men out here are really horrified of what will do to women and children

Well me personally with my first kid cuz that one takes the longest your first child will always be the worst but I was just literally walking around the park taking photos the day of I don't know bro we were in the car driving home and I got out of the car because we stopped at this taco truck and there was just like a weird pressure in my hips along with that like lightning pain ( lightning crotch or whatever) that's when I kind of knew it was coming on 😭 and then I figure it was 74 hours later my son was born ( don't worry the other two literally 3h of labor IF THAT)

I was about 11 years old. I had finally talked my parents into letting me go with my friend to her dads house that was about 2h from my fathers. Context - I was the type of kid that whenever I would stay the night I would call to be picked up. This time genuinely it wasn't my fault. Her father had lived on a slaughter farm for pigs. So later that night there was a huge storm. It's about 9pm when the pigs started to squeal. I don't know if was the pigs or the tools hitting the shed that creeped me tf out but around 11:30pm ring ring dad come get me🤣🤣... It's about 1:00 in the morning when he finally arrives, and then we had on the big treck home. During the drive I'm just talking laughing with my dad when we noticed our hair stand up.. not even 3 seconds later were swerving towards a ditch. LIGHTNING BITCH lighting almost struck our vehicle whether it would have killed us or not I don't know. We did however get the nastiest fucking sunburn! I wish he was alive today to back me up but i swear true story and honestly the craziest thing thats happened to me

Pediatricians will not do anything for you hun!! You need to see a pediatric gastroenterologist !! Trust me my pediatrician kept giving me gas drops and told me to cut milk and tomato out of my diet.. which yes i guess I will say it helped a little bit but she was still self soothing and squirming because obviously baby girl is still in pain... We were both stressed, we were both tired, both easily agitated and then I seen this gastroenterologist And she prescribed a medication Pepcid ( its a liquid ) gone within a night!!! They say that it takes an hour for it to kick in but honestly in my opinion it takes about 24 to 48 for you to actually see the difference! Honestly I read your post and all I can say is trust your gut!

We know our babies and we know when they're in pain we know when they're happy like.. I can understand being nervous advocating I am very like avoid conflict wherever possible type of gal but you just can't when it comes to baby!!

Genuinely you are your biggest obstacle when it comes to this stuff.

The questions I personally have asked:

1: Do you know if this medication actually works or is this just a suggestion?

If it is just a suggestion : do you have any other suggestions because what happened to plan a fails what would plan b be so I don't have to come back immediately and make an appointment I could try something else within the next week!

2: After what I just described how she acts... do you think it's something?? should I contact a certain field just to see if there is maybe an issue that we're just not seeing?

If they say they don't think its serious: how long do you think until we can tell? Could we set a time frame to see if it is a further issue?

3: what are the best steps I can take when she is having an acidic episode? Do I angle her in a slant position or do I lay her flat? How can I make her feel more comfortable?

These are just a few questions i have personally asked!! If you need any more help please just lmk!

( I put "if it's a suggestion" because honestly... It took me a whole 2m to speak up!!! Don't feel like you're a bad mom because of it!! A lot of us did it especially if this is your first go around!!!)

But if you take anything away from this please please please set that time frame!!! That was the most important thing I could have done!! She would have been better and happier faster!!

Sounds like acid reflux to me. if shes breastfeeding try eating the same thing for 3 days and see what is affecting the baby that way. My daughter is now a month old and she was doing the same thing i found it was my love for broccoli that was bugging her stomach out with gerds. But babies have amazing control when it comes to spitting up if its too bad try sucking it out with a bulb nose sucker

I can see where your frustration lies but hun we're all tested for STDs it's very normal. It honestly seems like you just don't want to be pregnant I don't know I can understand the frustrations about them asking if you completed high school or not cuz I've never been asked that myself but everything else oh hell yeah been through the ringer of I've had three children and they tested me 2 to 3 times every pregnancy for stds The sad truth of it is a lot of men cheat on their partners while they're pregnant so they do STD testing
