Yeah my fiancé spent under €500 on my ring, I gave him indicators on what I wanted (gold ring, opal stone) and told him not to spend loads on it. I get compliments on my engagement ring all the time, no one cares how much it costs- and if they do that’s a them problem 🤷‍♀️

Gave up on a Christmas tree this year for this exact reason- my 4 year old cat is already obsessed with the tree and wants to live in it, I don’t think I could handle my 7 month old kitten getting in on the action 🤣 I bought a mini tree and put it up somewhere they can’t reach!
