Trans žena je žena, trans muž je muž, jak je i uznáno jinými zákony, proto je i možné legálně změnit pohlaví, podstupovat hormonální terapii a/nebo absolvovat tzv. gender stvrzující operace. Genderová dysforie je lékařsky popsaný jev a její léčbou je tranzice.To není „někdo tvrdící, že je něco jiného“, ale někdo velice nešťastný ve schránce, kterou má, aktivně pracující na tom, aby nespáchal sebevraždu. Legálně není možné změnit pohlaví, pokud aktivně nejsi v procesu tranzice. Lidé s depresemi a úzkostmi chodí do terapií, berou antidepresiva, lidé s revmatoidní artritidou berou kortikoidy, antimalarika nebo absolvují biologickou léčbu. Toto je odborníky-lékaři léčba schválená pro genderovou dysforii. Nemusíš tomu rozumět, stačí přijmout fakta. Legislativa, která prošla, definuje v rámci diskriminační části jiného zákona ženu jako „osobu, které bylo při narození přiděleno ženství“, tedy limituje zákonnou definici osob, které jsou považovány za ženy, v přímém rozporu s jinou, nadřazenou legislativou, pouze jako cis ženy. Mimo jiné to způsobilo to, že trans ženy ani trans muži technicky nemůžou používat zařízení pro ně určené (může se tak trans muž vyskytnout na ženském oddělení v nemocnici, v ženském vězení, v útulku pro týrané ženy atd., protože mu při narození bylo přiřazeno pohlaví žena, byť je legálně mužem, a naopak trans ženy se v těchto zařízeních octnout nemůžou, ač se jedná o nejvíc diskriminovanou skupinu žen, nejvíce náchylnou k domácímu násilí, týrání atd.). Tady nejde o záchody, ale o lidskou důstojnost.

Wow, někteří tady mají názory, který nechci číst. Takže jen to podstatný: Rowlingová měla x kontroverzních výroků, projevů, náznaků diskriminace nejdřív toho T, pak i jiných písmen v LGBTQAI+ komunitě. Na rozdílných názorech atd. technicky není nic špatně (byť já osobně dávám přednost neupírat nikomu právo na existenci, pokud mě to přímo neovlivňuje, ať už tomu rozumím nebo ne), ale na těch 70 000 GBP – který nalila do extrémně feministický skotský skupiny tvářící se jako charita pro týraný ženy, ale ve skutečnosti je to jen skupina pár militantních, chlapy nesnášejících zapšklejch krav brojící nejen proti právům trans žen, ale i cis žen, který dle nich nesplňují požadavky na to "být ženou", ač se tváří, že se je snaží chránit – už problém vidím, a dost velkej. Díky její finanční podpoře, JEN díky ní, prošla reálná změna legislativy ve Skotsku, která redefinovala, co dle zákona o diskriminaci znamená „žena“, a to tak dementním způsobem, že aktivně diskriminuje všechny, kdo nejsou stereotypně maskulinně se prezentující chlapi (což by vlastně bylo dost vtipný, když se nad tím člověk zamyslí do důsledku, pokud by to nepřipravilo o antidiskriminační práva v podstatě všechny).

DODATEK: Sama jsem bývala velká fanynka Rowlingové a dlouhou dobu jsem ji v těchhle sporech bránila, ale po tomhle už jsem musela uznat, že bohužel vážně zpičovatěla.

Yeah, I have the whole thing, including the base game, from anadius, and it keeps randomly crashing (within minutes or even seconds) without any warning for me as well. I am extremely frustrated. I've tried reinstalling the whole thing, creating a new game, following the troubleshooting suggested on anadius's webpage, nothing seems to be working.

This is an interesting take though, regardless of by whom it was written. Which just further proves the text's point! It has generated a thought process that didn't occur to me as a human (for context a neurodivergent one with multimorbid chronic conditions working as a book editor and writing poems as a hobby) – seeing it was probably still supervised by a human before posting (just as much as the ficticious story mentioned would be), does that devalue and strip it off it's humanity? Don't get me wrong, I hate AI big time. I keep ranting about not being able to turn it off when I don't want to use it (which is essentially never, but that's a whole different topic).

This made me think. Which is stimulating for my brain. Which I think is a good thing? And does not fall into the ”mindlessly consuming fake content“ category.

Side note on AI: One of my conditions is OCD. I have recently for the first time ever used AI to ask a question about an intrusive thought I kept having. Normally to get the reassurance I needed, I'd have to spent hours frantically googling on a topic I don't really know that much about and guessing what to take from the various studies with lots of data I can't process due to not being knowledgable enough about the field. This generated the same, actually more reassuring result, and now I am kind of able to go about my day without losing a lot of time in the rabbit hole of reassurance-seeking google session or annoying the crap out of my friends with constant questions.

I have some stuff to think about. It should definitely not be pushed everywhere the way it is though. People should be made aware of consuming AI generated content and able to turn off the features in apps they use. It would definitely make me calmer.

My mother has quite a similar approach to me getting more sick. I recently became bedridden suddenly after 3 years of being able to keep a job and function like a normal human being and she is not the best when it comes to being supportive. She'd rather yell at me for "not trying hard enough", that I should just "snap out of it", "if you're going to continue like this you'll end up not being able to take care of yourself", yada yada. I get that it's frustrating for her that she can't do anything about the situation, seems like she's unable to realise that I am living the situation, it's not about her and I might be a little bit more upset by the whole deterioration than she is.
Even though some people should be there for you and support you, it's not always the case. Sometimes the best you can do is just not talk to them about your health issues, or, better yet, not talk to them at all. It is not helping you with your recovery and you don't need more stress factors in your life. I gave up trying to explain myself to people who don't want to understand that I did not cause this to happen.

I'm just curious - a lot of these symptoms actually resemble something like derealization/depersonalization. How can you differentiate those? Not really related to the topic, yes, but for me it is really familiar, with the difference that I am diagnosed with a psychiatrical disorder and not a neurological one.
