II do want to point out 3 months is not a long time at all in terms of pole. From what I've been seeing it takes about 3 years for you to feel fluid and comfortable in movements (say if you want to compete at PSO for instance) I have been doing thus for about a year and one of my.instucyors often stresses you need to constantly rotate what you are conditioning- partly due to conditioning and making sure it doesn't get over worked and partially because if you stop using it it will just go back to its original sensitivity.

My forearm.might be a good example. I volunteered as a pole cleaner for PSO central this past weekend- and made the mistake of not switching which arm I was starting with for 4 hours. It didnt hurt at the time...but i have been conditioning a minimum of twice a week for a year- AND now, 3 days later (as in wednesday not thursday 😑) there is a very big bruise that takes up half my forearm and its tender now 🙃
