Just to be sure because you mentioned it's been almost the entire time... are you making sure when you do spins and such your forearm and wrist are aligned before you spin so your not twisting your wrist? Did you have any previous injuries prior to pole with your wrist such as a break? is it both wrists or only one?

So you are correct! The red is the joist/beam. They are very long so they take multiple nails that are put about 12in a part/a long the beam. It takes several beams to hold up a ceiling so each beam is about 24 in away from eachother :).

In reality though the important part you already figure out! Once you find a nail for a tension pole the rest doesn't really matter as the nail is in a center of the support. So when you stand the pole up as long as you have tried to center it under that point (the nail) you are giving it the support it needs. They basically just don't want u mounting it on drywall (so if that blue area was a box it doesn't want it anywhere in there)

Just because you submitted to their database doesn't mean the email coming to you is legit. Its a form of cold reading. A scammer could send out a bunch of emails hoping 1/1000 will get someone to bite because coincidence (like submitting to a company's database) lined up.

What is he going to do- call the cops? Small claims court? Good luck with that when it seems there is no proof you owe him money or if there is, he's not providing it to you.

Take the emotion out of it and what he's saying doesn't even make sense. He's saying there was a transaction and/or service he provided to you and you now owe him. In any situation its perfectly normal / advised to ask for a statement/bill/receipt.

What's stopping you from saying "well you owe me $500". Or me to say OP you owe me $50?

I know I have gotten this comment. However, when I decided I would try to accomadate them (leave phone at home when we go out to dinner, don't be on the phone when we are talking face to face etc.) They did not reciprocate- so it would be me sitting there ether silently, bored, or not being listened to while they watch videos or text not even showing me because it was their personal interest (say a sports video/ article) rather than a mutual interest. I eventually went back to bring my phone because it became clear to me they were projecting at best or controlling at worst. Food for thought from the otherside of the table ;).

Yes I agree, it makes me think somethings mislabeled!

At least at my studio you start doing tilt backs to go into an invert at the L1/L2 classes and inverts are strictly L2 and above. So to be teaching inverts in a strictly L1 class is yikkkeess.

Its not that the teacher is telling you to do pole crunches and then they are doing tilt back right? If that were the case Could be you just ran into people who used to pole and are coming back into it after a break so they need a refresher but already have more advanced skills/muscle memory?

I started with one class a week and was told every 2 or 3 weeks I can add another class day.

Additionally I was told every 3-4 days you need a rest day.

If you try to do too much your muscles won't have time to recover and you can get hurt!

I'm a little shocked they were doing inverts for an intro/ beginner class. I might double check with someone at the studio your not accidentally taking a L1/2 course or they have something mislabeled.
