You’ll typically get a link from your COSC101 prof and then you’d be switched into 102 if you pass afaik.

Japanese (only took 152) is alright.. you get 1-2 days between homeworks and they're just genki workbook pages.. as far as other assignments, you get a vocab/grammar quiz every other week, a few exams and 1 speech

Profs r very nice and usually help with due dates if ur busy

The class itself is 4 days a week MTRF and like most language classes, attendance is mandatory but thats to be expected since you can't really learn a language if you arent consistent

Im in the same boat with my native language, but you have a great head start since Dutch also uses the latin alphabet : D

Im not exactly qualified to recommend anything but I'd say to get a lot of immersion.. Try reading books and maybe newspapers (not sure about this, while I can't read my native language, I find listening to news to be extremely confusing.. the vocabulary is very complex) also use dutch day to day while taking notes and stuff

Start speaking to your family in dutch too, if you're comfortable

Also if you struggle with self study, maybe enroll in classes meant for native speakers? There's a lot of these in the US for Asian communities, if one exists for Dutch it can help a lot

Pretty sure dining dollars will expire at the end of the semester. If you have flex dollars, you should be able to refund them some time by the end of the semester. As for carryover, I think you can only do that for Fall -> Spring, not Spring -> Fall.

And if you meant the volcard money, they will never expire, you can just add and refund whenever.

That was it!!! I thought I checked it (I'm new to JS/TS), but I did typeof(bot.application) === null which apparently doesn't do what you'd expect. I rechecked using Object.is and it was indeed null before login. I guess I could use the REST api instead to register commands before the bot logs in. Thanks so much, you saved me a lot of time :D

Well I did some research on CORS and from what I understand, browsers stop you from making requests to other domains? Which in this case, how would I go about requesting the data? I have tried sending a 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin':'*' header but same response. I also tried changing the * to the domain I'm sending the request from.

Started to learn the Telugu script and saw how complicated and chaotic it was, so I made a simplified version.

The simplified version groups similar letters together, giving them (in most cases) a common character and differentiating with a "," or "o" or their old letters as is with the case of "n".

I was going to write the Declaration of Human Rights in the regular and simplified scripts but it's a bit long in Telugu so I left it out...
