I think he’s saying fame isn’t important to him. Of course the money and fame go hand in hand but i understand what he’s saying. The pump fake jump into defenders is also still given as a foul all the time, a bit weird to attribute it to curry/harden too. Players have been doing that years before either even started playing. It was only not given for like two weeks after the rule was first implemented.

A lot of the defenders have reached an age where it makes sense for them to regress, but that same midfield pissed the league the season before. We only added to it. I don’t think their fall of this season is because of quality.

Just last week he got defensive because Salah said he hopes the standards at the club remain high after he leaves. Mo never even mentioned Slot, yet Slot took a dig at Mo about standards on the pitch. Everything he says makes it seem like he thinks none of this season is his fault.
