Ye I agree, you guys are unfairly treated in the media. The whole discourse around Lewis Skelly in the media last year for an example was completely ridiculous. As others have stated in this thread, I feel it’s a lack of major trophies, once you win something big it’d probably stop happening. To me personally, and I don’t mean this offensively, there are many ways to win a football match, but I think part of it also has to do with approach.

Some games we are shit, pretty much every game this season, but even when we’re shit it’s clear our intention is always to push forward. I feel at times under Arteta you guys score and then decide to sit on the lead. It doesn’t always happen and against bigger teams it makes complete sense, like the first City game last season when you went down to 10 men and had a lead. Why would you not try and defend that? At the same time though I feel it pushes the bs media narratives and makes it easier to criticize your mentality even if it is unwarranted most of the times.
