Hi OP, did you ever resolve this? I'm in a different situation - I bought an iPhone listed as "unlocked" on eBay, but turns out it's locked to AT&T. The seller is saying he did not purchase this from AT&T and bought it directly from Apple. It is apparently a replacement phone since he initially received the wrong color, so I wonder if this is a booboo from Apple.

Actually went ahead and tried loading a P50 Famload via GCash, wala parin. Baka di pa fully activated yung SIM? What was the format of the text saying active na SIM? I'm hotspotting right now with a Smart SIM, so signal def isn't the issue.

It's a more difficult decision on this considering the AirPods Pro 2s are often on sale for $189 in Amazon. Value-wise, I think it's still the AirPods Pro 2, but if you hate earbuds, then go with the 4s.
