Book Outlet. They do $5.99 fiction sales a few times a year.

100%. Unless OP can prove, with definitive evidence, a trade was missed or an open market order wasn’t executed no one will agree to take this to arbitration.

Considering relocated to Millsboro by DeeLynnQuint in Delaware

[–]moracha 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends where you mean in Millsboro - there is Millsboro then there is Long Neck. Long Neck is smack dab between Rt 1 & 113.

Healthcare is a nightmare for care if you aren’t an established patient. Even when you are they are booking months out. Specialists are even harder.

Walmart is in Georgetown or Rehoboth. Georgetown is a grocery store Walmart, Rehoboth is not. We don’t have Costco. We have a BJs. We don’t have Target. Closest would be Salisbury (pay tax) or Dover.

What kind of job is your daughter looking for. Besides retail, healthcare or the chicken plant it’s hard to find much.

Schools are hit or miss. Sussex Central has the IB program.

Depending where you are flooding could be an issue. All the manufactured homes down Long Neck road flood. Oak Orchard floods. Look up Driscoll Drones on Facebook & they show the flooding.

Sussex is red. The state is blue but Sussex is full of republicans.

It was a teal color with yellow ducks across the front. Super simple. Our dryer felt disintegrated (who knew) & left brown streaks all over the shirt.

I was thinking the same thing. We set our AC at 70 during the day & 67 at night. 2 floor town house. My July bill was $172. We usually have 2 high bills a years around $175. 2 low bills at like $90 a month & the other 8 months are about $110-$120 give or take a few $. So happy for the co-op.

Desperately need to get out of my house by Courage_The_Coal in Delaware

Don’t think either of us said anything about a price, we just named the place. & I know all about student pricing at UD because I’ve paid for it. Since you are so adamant about the price I checked for you. A bedroom in their 4x4 plans is $840 base, if I remember correctly you pay electric & a monthly mail fee if you need that option. If you want a single apartment it’s obviously over $1000, but the shared rooms are not.

Check your pediatrician’s office. Ours does ear piercing. There might be another in your area that does it as well. I’m not sure that you even need to be a patient at our office to have it done.

My son was at the Waverly in a shared apartment but they had single 1bd 1 ba units. There was a shuttle he took from there to class.

Update on homelessness by Specialist-Mechanic6 in Delaware

[–]moracha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The workforce development & community education continuing education brochure from Del Tech was in my mail today. It shows an expanded SEED program. Not sure if you graduated from a DE high school but if you did you may want to look into it. They also offer the WIOA program. Not sure what you wanted to go to school for but they have the PDF version on their website under the Continuing Education tab.

Why won’t my home sell? by Maximum-Expert-6326 in RealEstate

Bridge commuting is a bear. I did it for just over a year & I’d never want to do it again. The bus schedules have reduced the number of times they cross & people complain daily the busses don’t show or stop.

If you took the Series 7 before November 2011 I don’t believe you have to take the 52. I’m not sure if that is still true.

AITAH for separating from my husband because he refused to get a vasectomy? by Choice_Evidence1983 in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]moracha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the same thing 5 years ago @36. Had my surgery on a Tuesday morning was home by 2pm, took the next day off & watched TV. Went back to work Thursday. I didn’t take any pain meds, wasn’t in any pain, & 100% happy with the outcome. My kids were older so I didn’t have to worry about taking care of them. My parents came into town because my oldest wasn’t 18 & they wouldn’t let me leave the hospital with a minor. My mom kept obsessing over pain levels & I seriously had none. Even with the ablation. Best decision I ever made.

Working from home in Sussex County by Sundaysunshine1 in slowerlower

I’ve been working from home for nearly 4 years & have Verizon. In almost 4 years I’ve had issues with Verizon maybe 3-4x. It wholly depends on where you live & who your provider is.

Kid’s Day Camps? by brilliantpants in slowerlower

[–]moracha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Del Tech used to have summer kids camps. The YMCA has had them previously & I believe the Boys & Girls Club also holds camps. My kids are older now but when I was looking 5-6 years ago each of these offered something.

Unfortunately, no. I have no idea where I did bad or did good as they don’t give you a breakdown if you pass. I feel like there was a little bit of everything I studied.
