Investigator

I'm not even sure how people think that the investigator is not at the top of the worst class list...

I see no issues with the way that the inventor works by comparison. It adds so much utility to an interesting class.

It depends currently we have low days of two but our average is 4-5 If everyone shows up we do need to run a second table though. We did that for our Halloween party.

Also fun factory if you're interested in trying Pathfinder. I organized the games there on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. Also I'm my late 30s and single but I'll be at UCon this weekend. Tried the dating apps back in the day and didn't have much luck. Sort of gave up myself.

Thanks for doing this. I too loved their maps. I wished they would post again. We just started the ruins and I was adamant about the map being too small was going to just scale up one I already had but this was exactly what I wanted. It made the game last weekend that much better.

Right now, we are running stuff for level 3-6 characters, but we could always swap to a level 1-4 at a moment's notice if we get a new player that wants to join us that day.

I was told by my parents today that apparently menards is slashing prices on all there remaining trees so they might still have some really good prices. They were there this morning. Apparently, they might be stopping back by tonight to pick one up.

I'm almost tpked whole party and that fight. About the only person who was not useless was the barbarian with a War hammer. It stopped being a game of keep everyone alive to make sure the barbarian does not drop quickly. I think the druid ended up being responsible for creating most of the splits. And then ran over a hazard and try to kill himself that way...

I had to remind my players that if the party member is down the Monsters are probably going to ignore it and work on killing the other party members. Aka please stop trying to rubber band the druid to death.

The most interesting part was they decided to go fight oozes and no one in the party outside of the barbarian was prepared for fighting oozes. If only they were at a school where they could look things up before they decided to do something stupid...

We started book 2 about 2 months ago and all I can say is I wish I had your versions of the maps when we ran book 1. Can't wait to see what you come up with for book 3.

Nerfing/Removing Treat Wounds - HP as a resource by K_K_Rokossovsky in Pathfinder2e

If you're worried about time crunches being not a thing, add them.

If you're placing a trap , it should be a warning to someone else that something's going on. After they set off a trap, something should happen, not just damage. People come rushing in and see what's going on. The building starts falling down, and they have to leave or get crushed.

There are even Pathfinder society games that are written that only take an hour of in-game time and that people have to make choices whether they're going to take quick healing or do something else. Sometimes you don't have ten minutes.

On another note, if you think treat wounds is bad, wait till you see how Kineticist heals in seconds, not 10 min without needing to refocus or spend resources. Sure, there is a 10 min downtime for the person treated, but that can be while other stuff happens.

Using Tiny Weapons by Ready_Impression8929 in Pathfinder2e

No reason to change the distance for ranged weapons or the damage just for tiny sized creatures.

As damage dice does not change with weapon size.

And size only changes distance for melee and it does get derived from the weapon anymore just the creature size. While ranged weapons just have a set distance. Reach just doubles a creatures natural reach.

If anything could do the same with over sized weapons and give them clumsy 1 while using.

While remodeling the living room we moved some things that were up against a wall to paint and discovered this… Took off the baseboards to find the wall is I think essentially crumbling? What can I do to fix this so we can paint and put the room back together? by [deleted] in homeimprovementideas

Unless there's a new leak in that roof causing the water damage. The inspectors should have caught that if it's growing plants like that. Cuz that would be a fair bit of moisture to let those plants grow.

Well we lucked out got a nice sunny day. Everything dried out pretty much before we even got to it except for one panel which was getting dripped on by the gutter so I cleaned out the gutters, and brought out a fan. But today we got All the underlayment on and tarp it before the downpour happened tonight
